The marketing firm that administrated the promotional holidays at the Suites at the Mirage & the Suites at Beverly Heights appears to have begun the process of liquidation.
Please note that this website belongs to Your Promo Holiday and not Silverpoint Resorts. Every Client booked into the above hotels through Your Promo Holiday has been contacted and re-allocated new accommodation. We ensure that every client of ours will be accommodated at no extra cost to our customers.
If you booked a promotional holiday at one of these hotels through another company please contact the company that you made the booking through to ask for a refund or to be reallocated alternative accommodation.
If you have already tried to contact the company that you have booked your promotional holiday with and have not been able to reach them, they may have also gone into liquidation to avoid paying for accommodation or refunding clients. If you have paid by credit card we advise you to contact your bank to claim the money back under section 75 of the Consumer Credits Act.
If you have already booked your flights and still need accommodation, we may be able to assist you with finding alternative accommodation on a promotional holiday at one of the hotels that we use. This will not be a free service as we can only pay for accommodation for customers who booked directly with us. If we can accommodate you, you will need to pay a booking fee from £129 per couple / £149 per family.
Many people have been left in the same situation as yourselves, therefore accommodation is subject to availability.
