Refund Policy

Dear Customers

We are offering any customers who are booked to arrive during this current lock-down period in Spain and the Canary Islands or during a period that boarders are closed between the UK and Spain a free date change as we understand that it is to no fault of the customers if they can not arrive on the dates that they have booked. All date changes are subject to availability and accommodation may differ.

For all customers that are set to arrive outside of this period, you will still be provided accommodation on the dates that they have booked and confirmed.

We are not offering any refunds and date changes are only available when local governments state that it is not safe to travel to the destinations booked.
